My dedicated offerings blend traditional practices with modern mindfulness and classes are designed to cater to all levels. One-on-one sessions provide focused attention to help develop your practice and address specific goals. For those seeking a communal experience, I do weekly group classes in Suffolk Park, just outside of Byron Bay. Additionally, online personalised plans offer flexibility, allowing you to practice from the comfort of your own home.
